This policy explains how IA Garage Carwash (“we”) collects, uses, and stores personal data when you use iagarage.id, book a service, or pay at the cashier.

Our services include car wash and detailing, the cafe menu, product sales, and cashier records for customers who visit the outlet.

Outlet address: Jl. Pulau Singkep No. 7, Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung.

Account data, if you register: name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored in encrypted form by our authentication provider. We do not keep them as plain text.

Vehicle booking data: name, phone number, email, vehicle type, license plate, brand, model, vehicle size, booking date and time, and service notes.

Car wash and cafe cashier data: ordered services or menu items, quantity, price, discounts, payment method (cash, QRIS, bank transfer, or online payment), transaction time, and order number. We record your name and phone number when you provide them at payment, for example for a receipt or a notification.

Product purchase data: recipient name, phone number, shipping address, city, district, postal code, courier, and tracking number.

Online payment data: payment status and the transaction reference from the payment provider. We do not store card numbers, CVV, or PINs.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies needed for the site, cart, and login session to work.

To process bookings, cafe orders, product sales, and cashier transactions.

To send confirmations, receipts, payment status, and service-complete notices by email or WhatsApp when you provide that contact.

To manage accounts, reset passwords, and show order history.

To calculate cashier shifts, reconcile payments, and prepare outlet reports.

To handle complaints, cancellations, and refunds under the applicable terms.

To keep the system secure and prevent misuse.

The cashier records car wash and cafe orders in the same system as online orders. This data is used for receipts, payment status, and operational records.

Cash, QRIS, and in-store transfers are handled by cashier staff. Online payments are passed to the payment provider.

You can ask for a copy of a receipt or a correction of incorrect contact details by contacting the outlet.

Payment providers (including Midtrans and Duitku) to process online payments and report transaction status.

Authentication and database providers to store accounts and orders.

Email and WhatsApp services to send confirmations you request or that are needed to complete an order.

Shipping carriers, for product orders only, limited to the recipient’s name, phone number, and address.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it when Indonesian law requires us to.

Transaction data is kept for as long as operations, bookkeeping, and legal duties require. Unused accounts can be deleted on request, except records that must be kept for financial accounting.

Access to the cashier and admin systems is limited to staff on duty. The website and online payments use encrypted connections.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold, and you may withdraw consent for marketing messages.

Withdrawing consent does not undo processing required to complete a transaction that has already taken place.

Send a request through the Contact page or at the outlet. We may ask for proof of identity before changing account data.

The site uses cookies and browser storage for login sessions, cart contents, and preferences that keep pages working. You can delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as staying signed in or the cart, may stop working if cookies are blocked.

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you have read the version then in effect.
